حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُدَيْرٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عُطَارِدٍ أَبِي الْبَزَرَى السَّدُوسِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ كُنَّا نَشْرَبُ وَنَحْنُ قِيَامٌ وَنَأْكُلُ وَنَحْنُ نَسْعَى عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
English Translation
Waki' told us, 'Imran ibn Hudayr told me, from Yazid ibn 'Utarid Abu al-Bazra al-Sadusi, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: We used to drink while standing and eat while walking hurriedly, in the time of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him.
