English Translation
Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Isma'il ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Dhu'ayb, of Banu Asad ibn 'Abd al-'Uzza, who said: We went out with Ibn 'Umar to al-Hima. When the sun set, we were too in awe to remind him of the prayer, until the whiteness of the horizon had gone and the darkness of nightfall had passed. He came down and led us in prayer, three rak'ahs and two, and turned to us and said: "This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, do it."
