English Translation
Isma'il told us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He who drags his garment out of pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." Nafi' said: I was informed that Umm Salamah said: "Then how should we do?" He said: "A hand-span." She said: "Then our feet would be exposed." He said: "A forearm's length, no more than that."
