English Translation
Isma'il told us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, held a horse race; he set off those that had been conditioned from al-Hafya' - or al-Hayfa' - to Thaniyyat al-Wada', and set off those that had not been conditioned from Thaniyyat al-Wada' to the mosque of Banu Zurayq. Abdullah said: I was a rider that day, and I outran the people; the horse carried me swiftly past the mosque of Banu Zurayq.
