English Translation
Isma'il told us, Ayyub told us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, who said: I said to Ibn Umar: A man accuses his wife of adultery. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, separated the two brothers of Banu al-Ajlan, and said: "Allah knows that one of you is lying - is either of you repentant?" They both refused. He repeated this to them three times, and they refused, so he separated them.
