حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أُصَلِّي بِكُمْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ فِي أَوَّلِ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Every intoxicant is khamr (wine), and every intoxicant is forbidden. Whoever drinks khamr in this world and dies addicted to it without repenting — he will not drink it in the Hereafter.'
