حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْجَنَّةُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَى أَحَدِكُمْ مِنْ شِرَاكِ نَعْلِهِ وَالنَّارُ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.
English Translation
Mu'ammal told us, Sufyan told us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Wa'il, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Paradise is closer to one of you than the strap of his sandal, and likewise the Fire."
