حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كُلُّ حِلْفٍ كَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَمْ يَزِدْهُ الْإِسْلَامُ إِلَّا شِدَّةً أَوْ حِدَّةً.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no Muslim who visits another Muslim who is ill in the morning except that seventy thousand angels send blessings upon him until the evening, and if he visits him in the evening, seventy thousand angels send blessings upon him until the morning.'
