حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الْحَجُّ كُلَّ عَامٍ فَقَالَ بَلْ حَجَّةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ وَلَوْ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ كُلَّ عَامٍ لَكَانَ كُلَّ عَامٍ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Do not go out to meet the riders (to buy from them before they reach the market). Whoever is met and something is bought from him — when the seller comes to the market, he has the option (to cancel the sale).'
