حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ شَهْرٍ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ قَالَتْ أَتَانَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأُتِيَ بِلَبَنٍ فَقَالَ أَتَشْرَبِينَ قُلْنَ لَا نَشْتَهِيهِ فَقَالَ لَا تَجْمَعْنَ كَذِبًا وَجُوعًا.
English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Abi Husayn, from Shahr, from Asma', who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to us and was brought milk. He said: "Will you drink?" We said: "We do not desire it." He said: "Do not combine lying and hunger."
