حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرُّؤَاسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ابْنِ ابْنَةِ أَنَسٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمِّي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَفِي بَيْتِهَا قِرْبَةٌ مُعَلَّقَةٌ قَالَتْ فَشَرِبَ مِنْ الْقِرْبَةِ قَائِمًا قَالَتْ فَعَمَدْتُ إِلَى فَمِ الْقِرْبَةِ فَقَطَعْتُهَا.
English Translation
Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Ru'asi narrated to us: Zuhayr narrated to us, from Abd al-Karim, from al-Bara ibn ibnat Anas - who is Ibn Zayd - from Anas, who said: My mother told me that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came in to her, and in her house was a waterskin hanging up. She said: He drank from the waterskin while standing. She said: So I went to the mouth of the waterskin and cut it off.
