English Translation
Narrated to us by Ya'qub, who said: My father narrated to me, from Ibn Ishaq, who said: Sulayman ibn Suhaym, the mawla of the family of Jubayr, narrated to me, from Yahya ibn Abi Sufyan al-Akhnasi, from his mother Umm Hakim bint Umayyah ibn al-Akhnas, from Umm Salamah, wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever enters ihram for 'Umrah or Hajj from al-Masjid al-Aqsa, Allah will forgive him his past sins." He said: So Umm Hakim, upon hearing this hadith, rode to Bayt al-Maqdis until she entered ihram for 'Umrah from there.
