حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ ابْنَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ صَلَّى عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي وَافْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ وَإِذَا خَرَجَ صَلَّى عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي وَافْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ فَضْلِكَ.
English Translation
Aswad ibn Amir told us: al-Hasan - meaning Ibn Salih - told us, from Layth, from Abdullah ibn al-Hasan, from Fatimah bint Husayn, from Fatimah, daughter of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - she said: When he entered the mosque he would send blessings upon Muhammad and give the greeting of peace, then say: O Allah, forgive me my sins and open for me the gates of Your mercy; and when he left he would send blessings upon Muhammad and give the greeting of peace, and say: O Allah, forgive me my sins and open for me the gates of Your bounty.
