English Translation
Husayn told us: Shayban told us, from Mansur, from Hilal ibn Yisaf, from Farwah ibn Nawfal, who said: I asked Aisha, I said, "Tell me something the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to supplicate with, so that I may supplicate to Allah with it and Allah may benefit me by it." She said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used often to say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and the evil of what I have not done.
