حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ أَعْتَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى نَادَاهُ عُمَرُ فَقَالَ الصَّلَاةَ نَامَ النِّسَاءُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ قَالَتْ فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مَا يَنْتَظِرُهَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَدْيَانِ غَيْرُكُمْ.
English Translation
Ibrahim ibn Khalid narrated to us: Rabah narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, delayed the night prayer until Umar called out to him, saying, "The prayer! The women and children have fallen asleep." She said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, then came out and said, "No one among the people of any religion awaits it except you."
