حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي وَعَلَيْهِ مِرْطٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْمُرَحَّلَاتِ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَعَلَيْهِ بَعْضُهُ وَعَلَيَّ بَعْضُهُ وَالْمِرْطُ مِنْ أَكْسِيَةٍ سُودٍ.
English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us, from Talha ibn Yahya, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah ibn Utbah, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray wearing a woolen wrap of these striped kind, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would pray with part of it on him and part of it on me, and the wrap was made of black woolen cloth.
