حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا حَزَبَهُ أَمْرٌ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الْأَرْضِ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الْأَرْضِ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ.
English Translation
When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was afflicted by a matter of concern, he would say: 'La ilaha illallahul-Azimul-Halim. La ilaha illallahu Rabbul-samawati wa Rabbul-ardi, Rabbul-Arshil-Azim. La ilaha illallahu Rabbul-Arshil-Karim. La ilaha illallahu Rabbul-samawati wa Rabbul-ardi, Rabbul-Arshil-Karim' (There is no deity except Allah, the Great, the Forbearing. There is no deity except Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the Magnificent Throne. There is no deity except Allah, Lord of the Noble Throne. There is no deity except Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the Noble Throne).
