English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, he said: Sa'id and Abd al-Wahhab told us, from Sa'id, from Abu Ma'shar, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aishah, who said: "When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, wanted to wash from major impurity, he would begin with his hands and wash them, then pour with his right hand over his left and wash his private parts. When he had cleaned himself, he would put his hand down to the wall, then wash it, then face the water and pour it over himself."
