English Translation
Aisha said: There was no trait more hateful to the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) than lying. A man might tell a lie in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and it would remain on his conscience until he knew he had made repentance for it.
