English Translation
Rabi'ah al-Jurashi said: I asked Aisha, "What did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say when he rose at night, and with what did he begin?" She said, "He would say Allahu Akbar ten times, glorify Allah ten times, declare His oneness ten times, seek forgiveness ten times, and say, 'O Allah, forgive me, guide me, and provide for me,' ten times, and say, 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress on the Day of Reckoning,' ten times."
