حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ يَزِيدُ الرِّشْكُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتْهَا أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى أَرْبَعًا قَالَتْ نَعَمْ أَرْبَعًا وَيَزِيدُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ.
English Translation
Affan told us: Shu'ba told us: Yazid al-Rishk informed me, from Mu'adha, from Aisha, that she asked her: 'Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, pray four rak'as of the Duha prayer?' She said: 'Yes, four, and more as Allah willed.'
