حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ وَرَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ كَانَ جُنُبًا فَاغْتَسَلَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الصَّوْمَ.
English Translation
Hasan told us: Zuhayr told us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Aswad, from A'ishah, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, go out to prayer with his head dripping - he had been in a state of major impurity and had performed the greater ablution - while intending to fast.
