English Translation
Abu al-Yaman told us: Shu'ayb informed us, from al-Zuhri, who said: Sa'id ibn Khalid ibn Amr ibn Uthman ibn Affan informed me — while I was relating these hadiths to him — that he asked Urwah ibn al-Zubayr about what has been touched by fire. Urwah ibn al-Zubayr said: I heard A'isha, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Perform ablution from what the fire has touched."
