حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ بِئْسَمَا عَدَلْتُمُونَا بِالْكَلْبِ وَالْحِمَارِ قَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ غَمَزَ يَعْنِي رِجْلَيَّ فَقَبَضْتُهُمَا إِلَيَّ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ.
English Translation
Aisha said: "How badly you have equated us with dogs and donkeys! I have seen the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) praying while I was lying across in front of him. When he wanted to prostrate, he would nudge my feet and I would draw them up, then he would prostrate."
