حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ جَاءُوا بِعُسٍّ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَحَزَرْتُهُ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَوْ تِسْعَةَ أَوْ عَشْرَةَ أَرْطَالٍ فَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا.
English Translation
Mujahid narrated that Aisha told him that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to bathe with the equivalent of this (a large cup estimated at eight, nine, or ten ratls).
