حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنَ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ الدِّينَارِ فَصَاعِدًا.
English Translation
Aisha reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would amputate (the hand of a thief) for a quarter of a dinar or more.
