حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْتَكِفُ فَيُخْرِجُ إِلَيَّ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ.
English Translation
Muhammad b. Fudayl told us, from al-A'mash, from Tamim b. Salamah, from Urwah, from Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to be in seclusion for worship, and he would put his head out to me from the mosque, and I would wash it while I was menstruating.
