English Translation
Abu Qatan narrated to us, who said: A man mentioned to Shu'bah the chain of al-Hakam, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Bilal, that he ordered him to add the tathwib in the dawn prayer and forbade him from doing so in the night prayer. Shu'bah said: By Allah, he did not mention Ibn Abi Layla, nor did he mention anything but a weak chain. He said: I think Shu'bah said: I used to think he narrated it from Imran bin Muslim.
