حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو صَخْرٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ مَرَّ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَقَالَ مَنْ مَعَكَ يَا جِبْرِيلُ قَالَ هَذَا مُحَمَّدٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ مُرْ أُمَّتَكَ فَلْيُكْثِرُوا مِنْ غِرَاسِ الْجَنَّةِ فَإِنَّ تُرْبَتَهَا طَيِّبَةٌ وَأَرْضَهَا وَاسِعَةٌ قَالَ وَمَا غِرَاسُ الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ.
English Translation
Abu Ayyub al-Ansari reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, on the night he was taken on the Night Journey, passed by Ibrahim, who said, "Who is with you, O Gabriel?" He said, "This is Muhammad." Ibrahim said to him, "Tell your nation to plant abundantly the planting of Paradise, for its soil is good and its land is spacious." He asked, "What is the planting of Paradise?" He said, "There is no power and no strength except with Allah."
