English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Hajjaj narrated to us, they said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Abd Allah ibn Yasar, from Hudhayfah, that he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Do not say, 'What Allah wills and so-and-so wills,' but rather say, 'What Allah wills, then what so-and-so wills.'" Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr, from Rib'i ibn Hirash, from al-Tufayl, the maternal brother of Aisha, that a Jew saw something in his dream, and he mentioned the hadith.
