English Translation
Abu al-Nadr told us, al-Mas'udi told us, from Muhajir Abu al-Hasan, from an old man who met the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: I went out with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on a journey, and he passed by a man reciting "Say, O disbelievers..." He said, "As for this one, he has disavowed polytheism." He said: then another was reciting "Say, He is Allah, One." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Paradise has become obligatory for him."
