حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ الْغُسْلُ وَالطِّيبُ وَالسِّوَاكُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ.
English Translation
Waki' told us, from Sufyan, from Sa'd ibn Ibrahim, from Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Thawban, from an elder of the Ansar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: It is a duty upon every Muslim to take a bath, use perfume, and use the tooth-stick on the day of Friday.
