English Translation
Waki' told us: Sufyan told us, from Mansur, from Rib'i ibn Hirash, from one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: The people arose one morning fasting, having completed thirty days, when two Bedouins came and testified that they had sighted the new moon the previous evening. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded the people, and they broke their fast.
