English Translation
Ya'la ibn Ubayd told us: Muhammad told us, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, from Marthad ibn Abdullah, from a man among the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about the one who kills and the one who orders the killing. He said: The Fire has been divided into seventy parts; sixty-nine parts belong to the one who gave the order, and one part, which is enough for him, belongs to the killer.
