English Translation
Zayd told us: Husayn told me: Abdullah ibn Buraydah told me, who said: I heard my father Buraydah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: In a human being there are three hundred and sixty joints, and he is obliged to give charity for every one of them. They said: Who is capable of that, O Messenger of Allah? He said: Burying spittle found in the mosque, or removing something harmful from the road; and if you are unable to do that, then two rak'ahs of the mid-morning prayer (Duha) will suffice for you.
