حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ الثَّيِّبُ يُجْلَدُ وَيُرْجَمُ وَالْبِكْرُ يُجْلَدُ وَيُنْفَى حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ شُعْبَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ يَعْنِي مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جَعْفَرٍ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Hittan ibn 'Abdullah al-Raqashi, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Take it from me. Allah has indeed made a way for them: the previously married with the previously married, and the virgin with the virgin. The previously married is to be flogged and stoned, and the virgin is to be flogged and banished." Hajjaj told us, he said: I heard Shu'bah narrating from Qatadah, he said: I heard al-Hasan narrating from Hittan ibn 'Abdullah, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the like of it, meaning the like of the hadith of Ibn Ja'far.
