حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ يَحْيَى أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَاةِ فَلَا تَقُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْنِي.
English Translation
'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr and 'Abd al-Wahhab al-Khaffaf narrated to us, they said: Hisham narrated to us. He said: Yahya wrote to me that 'Abdullah ibn Abi Qatadah narrated to him, from his father, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When the call to prayer is made, do not stand up until you see me."
