حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ رَمَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْوَاطٍ بِالْبَيْتِ إِذَا انْتَهَى إِلَى الرُّكْنِ الْيَمَانِي وَمَشَى حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ الْحَجَرَ ثُمَّ يَرْمُلُ وَمَشَى أَرْبَعَةَ أَطْوَافٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَكَانَتْ سُنَّةً.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) performed raml (brisk walking) for three circuits of the House. When he reached the Yemeni corner, he would walk until he came to the Black Stone, then he would resume raml. He walked for four circuits.
