حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسْمِعُنَا الْآيَةَ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ أَحْيَانًا.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Ubaydullah narrated to us, Nafi' narrated to me, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If one of you is invited to a wedding feast, let him attend."
