حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ جَلِيسٍ كَانَ لِأَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَقَامَ الْبَيِّنَةَ عَلَى قَتِيلٍ فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever swears a false oath to unlawfully take the property of a Muslim, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
