English Translation
Abd al-Samad narrated to us: Aban narrated to us: Abu Imran narrated to us: Zuhayr ibn Abdullah — who was a governor over Tawwaj, and he praised him well — narrated to us, from one of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: "Whoever sleeps upon a rooftop with nothing to prevent his feet from falling, and he falls, then the protection of Allah has been withdrawn from him; and whoever rides the sea when it is turbulent, then the protection of Allah has been withdrawn from him."
