حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحٍ عَنِ السَّفْرِ بْنِ نُسَيْرٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَأْتِ أَحَدُكُمْ الصَّلَاةَ وَهُوَ حَاقِنٌ وَلَا يَدْخُلْ بَيْتًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنٍ وَلَا يَؤُمَّنَّ إِمَامٌ قَوْمًا فَيَخُصَّ نَفْسَهُ بِدَعْوَةٍ دُونَهُمْ.
English Translation
Hammad ibn Khalid told us: Mu'awiyah, meaning ibn Salih, told us, from al-Safr ibn Nusayr, from Yazid ibn Shurayh, from Abu Umamah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: None of you should come to the prayer while holding back the urge to relieve himself, nor should he enter a house except with permission, nor should an imam lead a people in prayer and then single himself out with a supplication apart from them.
