English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Sulayman, from Mundhir al-Thawri, from some elders of theirs, from Abu Dharr, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him - and Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-A'mash told us, from Mundhir ibn Ya'la Abu Ya'la, from some elders of his, from Abu Dharr, and he mentioned its meaning: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saw two goats butting each other, and he said: "O Abu Dharr, do you know why they are butting each other?" He said: No. He said: "But Allah knows, and He will judge between them."
