قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يُنْفِقُ مِنْ كُلِّ مَالٍ لَهُ زَوْجَيْنِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَّا اسْتَقْبَلَتْهُ حَجَبَةُ الْجَنَّةِ كُلُّهُمْ يَدْعُوهُ إِلَى مَا عِنْدَهُ قُلْتُ وَكَيْفَ ذَاكَ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَتْ رِجَالًا فَرَجُلَيْنِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ إِبِلًا فَبَعِيرَيْنِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ بَقَرًا فَبَقَرَتَيْنِ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no Muslim who spends a pair of any kind of wealth he has in the way of Allah, Mighty and Majestic is He, but the keepers of Paradise -- all of them -- come forward to meet him, each calling him to what is with him." I said: "And how is that?" He said: "If it is men, then two men; if it is camels, then two camels; and if it is cattle, then two cows."
