حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّ الرَّحْمَةَ تُوَاجِهُهُ فَلَا يَمْسَحْ الْحَصَى.
English Translation
Sufyan narrated to us, from az-Zuhri, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abu Dharr, tracing it back to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "When one of you stands for prayer, mercy faces him; so let him not brush away the pebbles [beneath him]."
