حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى سَمَّى الْمَدِينَةَ طَابَةَ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us from Shu'bah: Simak narrated to me from Jabir ibn Samurah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Allah, Blessed and Exalted, named Madinah 'Tabah'."
