حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْمُسَيَّبَ بْنَ رَافِعٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ مَا لِي أَرَاكُمْ عِزِينَ وَهُمْ قُعُودٌ.
English Translation
Jabir ibn Samurah narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he came out to his Companions and said: 'Why do I see you sitting in separate groups?' while they were sitting.
