English Translation
'Abd al-Samad told us, Yazid -- meaning Ibn Ibrahim -- told us, he said: I asked Muhammad about the hadith of 'Imran ibn Husayn. He said: I was informed that 'Imran ibn Husayn said to al-Hakam al-Ghifari -- both of them being Companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him -- "Do you know the day the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah, Blessed and Exalted'?" He said, "Yes." 'Imran said, "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar."
