English Translation
Muammal told us, Hammad ibn Zayd told us, Ali ibn Zayd told us, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, who said: While the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was delivering a sermon one day, al-Hasan ibn Ali came and climbed up to him on the pulpit, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, embraced him and wiped his head, and said: "This son of mine is a noble leader, and perhaps Allah will reconcile through him two great factions of the Muslims."
