English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah and more than one other, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "The fragrance of Paradise can be found from a distance of a hundred years' journey, and no servant kills a person under covenant except that Allah, Blessed and Exalted, forbids him Paradise and its fragrance, that he should ever find it." Abu Bakrah said: "May Allah make me deaf if I did not hear the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say it."
